Francy currently oversees one of Manco’s largest communities, managing 304 units and leading a team of six employees. Throughout her nearly 20-year career with Manco, she has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to developing talent, helping numerous team members advance into new opportunities across the company. Most recently, when Manco launched the RRC Roadmap to Success training program, Francy was the first Community Manager to fully embrace the initiative. Under her guidance, the program celebrated its first graduate, Kylie, who has since advanced into the role of Property Coordinator within Manco’s Commercial Department. Francy’s dedication to mentorship, leadership, and employee growth continues to make a lasting impact on both her team and the organization as a whole.
