A man of many talents, Monterey/Carmel commercial operations manager, Andrew Martin, also wears many work hats and many layers of clothing, depending on how strong the Pacific winds are blowing. Celebrating seven years with Manco Abbott, Andrew does a bit of everything, including serving as acting office manager for his location, helping to oversee after more than 50 properties, standing in for property managers as needed, overseeing delinquency collections, and coordinating various projects and processes.
Andrew lives a full life with his wife, Joshelyn, and their two dogs, George and Eva, enjoying running, cooking, writing and sports – especially soccer. In addition to the books he has published and collaborated on, Andrew is really into co-running a podcast and blog in partnership with the local professional soccer team, Monterey Bay FC.
It is people like Andrew, who help make Manco Abbott an interesting, creative and collaborative place to work!
