Lisa Marie Martinez, Community Manager, at College Park in Lemoore. started with Manco in April of 2025. With more than 10 years’ experience in property management, including being a Certified Rental Housing Manager, Lisa Marie manages a property that has been known to go from a 100% occupancy rate to 80% in just 30 days. You see, College Park is just 8 miles from the Lemoore Naval Air Station and when a “ship” gets deployed, sailors must leave within 30 days. When Lisa Marie took over as Community Manager, College Park was at a 90% occupancy. As of our Multifamily Property Tour in February of 2026, they had reached 100% occupancy!
Lisa Marie is a “go getter”, she is the first to RSVP to any training class and is the first to show up. She also is always marketing her property even when 100% occupied.
We’d like to thank Lisa Marie, for helping to make College Park a home by “Raising the standards where people live, work and play”.
