Lisa Marie Martinez, Community Manager, at College Park in Lemoore. Lisa Marie started with Manco in April of 2025, Lisa Marie has over 10-years’ experience in property management including being a Certified Rental Housing Manager.
Lisa Marie runs a property that could go from a 100% occupancy to the low 80’s% in just 30 days. Let me explain, College Park is just 8 miles from the Lemoore Navel Air Station and when a “Ship” gets deployed, they must leave within 30 days. When Lisa Marie took over as Community Manager she was at a 90% occupancy and as of our Multifamily Property Tour on February 19, 2026, she was at 100% occupancy!
Lisa Marie is a “go getter”, she is the first to RSVP to any training class and is the first to show up. She also is always marketing her property even when 100% occupied.
One of our company values is: “Passion for High Standards. We strive to achieve remarkable results while being recognized for setting the highest standard of excellence”. Lisa Marie exemplifies this not only by words but by deeds, she picked her apartment at the property so her kitchen window faces the entrance so she can check up on who’s coming in and keeping her residents safe.
