Well, literally it’s getting cold, but things have been warming up for Manco. Back in May, we told our readers about our entry into the Boise/Treasure Valley market. Things continue to progress nicely and we wanted to provide an update on what we’re working on!
Prelude at Paramount is vertical! The project, being developed by The Pacific Companies and Brighton Corporation will consist of 280 luxury apartments, in Brighton’s master planned community of Paramount in the city of Meridian. First units coming on line in May or June of 2018.
Eagle Lakes, a 250 unit luxury apartment community is being developed by The Pacific Companies. The project is just getting started, but as you can see from the aerial photo, it is going to be a jaw-dropping location in Eagle! More to come as the project evolves.
We also landed our first commercial property management assignment in Meridian. The retail property is located at Overland and Eagle Roads, one of the busiest intersections in the Treasure Valley. Big Jud’s, one of our tenants might sound familiar, as they were featured on the “Man vs. Food” show back in 2009!
There are several more exciting things in the works, and we look forward to sharing more details in future editions of the Magneto!
