Felicia began her career 10 years ago where she focused on Affordable & Tax-Credit Property Management. She joined Manco Abbott in 2013 as the Multifamily Systems Coordinator/Yardi Support Specialist where she was responsible for facilitating technical support for all site team members, implementation for new initiatives and audit procedures for all multifamily properties. Beginning in 2015, she spent 4 years in the field serving as a Community Manager and Assistant Property Manager with the focus on new lease-up projects. In 2019, she was promoted to her current position, Property Manager.
A few facts:
- Earned her SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) though the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA)
- Earned her CCRM (California Certified Resident Manager) through the California Apartment Association
- Served in the United States Navy
- She is a Grandma and loves traveling & spending quality time with her family, friends & especially her grandson.
- Supports our US military and their families (as a Veteran & Military Spouse).
- Enjoys watching all sports & attending live games whenever possible (Ohio State Buckeyes Fan), shopping, music, camping, and exploring new adventures.
- Volunteers for Operation Outreach activities Manco Abbott promotes throughout the year.
