Furthermore, the following employees are celebrating five or more years with us and we applaud each for their commitment to our organization. In particular, Felicia Malyuk has reached 7 years and has proven that if you want to grow within Manco there are many possibilities! Felicia started as Multifamily Yardi Support in our corporate office – then took on a large lease-up in Lemoore as a Community Manager. More recently she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in the south valley – and now is a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of multifamily communities.
