MANCO ABBOTT GROWS COMPANY WITH NEW OFFICE IN BOISE


With 45 years of property management service in the Central Valley and the Central Coast, Manco Abbott has expanded its footprint with a new office in Boise, Idaho.

 
“We are always looking for new opportunities and are excited to bring our skills and talent to Boise,” said Michael Goldfarb, Manco Abbott CEO. “Expanding into this new market signifies our commitment to growth. We look forward to the jobs that this expansion will create and the positive impact we can make in southern Idaho.”
 
The targeted expansion comes after a current client requested Manco Abbott’s full-service property management for a property in Boise. After seeing the potential for increased growth in the region, a new office was opened.
 
Through the new office and expanded reach, Manco Abbott will offer full-service commercial and multi-family property management services in southern Idaho. Currently, Manco Abbott manages more than 200 commercial and multi-family properties that total nearly 10 million square feet.

This expansion comes on the heels of Manco Abbott’s 45th anniversary. The new Boise office joins the Fresno corporate office and Central Coast office in Carmel.
