
Ellis Partners has released its list of 2019 award winners, and Manco Abbott is proud to announce that seven Manco communities (up from four last year) have been awarded with the 2019 Ellis Customer Experience “Best in Class” Award for Resident Surveys!! This award is presented to only the top 10% of residential communities nationwide, in the Ellis program. The award is granted based on the results of resident surveys conducted across five areas – lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out.
Most customer satisfaction awards are based on surveys of how residents say they feel about the community, but what makes the Ellis Customer Experience Award so meaningful and different than other awards is that it’s largely based on actual loyalty. Having residents tell us we are doing a good job is nice, but the true measure of their happiness is how long they stay at the apartment communities we manage! Winning this award again confirms that we continue to do an elite job of keeping our residents happy and on-site.
Of the seven communities to win the award, three are repeat winners – The Fountains at Alluvial, The Grove, and The Shires. We would also like to recognize Cotswolds (a past winner as well), Lakeside, Prelude and The Gates at Figarden for winning in 2019. Also, we’ve expanded the list to Idaho for 2019, with Prelude at Paramount becoming a first time winner!
This award is a testament to Manco Abbott’s ongoing commitment to our core values. We would like to thank everyone involved for their amazing efforts, and we look forward to great things in 2020 in California and now Idaho!!
